In 2023 Kathryn Ann Campbell began teaching a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and Sustainable Optimization; Eight-Enhancements (Ashtanga) was implemented. The Classic Practices including and not limited to a few types are physical-practice (hatha), truthful-knowledge (jnana), process-cultivation (raja), just-rewards (karma) and devotional-reverance (bhakti) which are learned by enhancing the optimizations of: 1.) Civility (Yama), sustained by safe-rules (vrata) 2.) Politeness (Niyama), sustained by healthy-habits (hutu) 3.) Positions (Asana) sustained by natural whole plant foods [fresh is best; boiled is better than baked, and never fried [80% compliance can show health and 100% compliance can reverse dis-ease (dukha) being anti-aging] 4.) Breath (Pranayama) sustained by oxygenated-air 5.) Holding-tension (Pratyahara), a sensory-withdrawl is sustained counterintuitively by relaxation 6.) Attention (Dharana) sustained by theories 7.) Meditation (Dhyana) sustained by prayer and 8.) Living-meditation (Samadhi) sustained by application. Achieving intentions (sankalpa), Kathryn A.'s Philosophy at Yoga Training (Touch) within the Bio-enviro-psychi-socio-philosophical model of care is an ease (Sukha) without dis-ease (dukha) for a process of making peace possible (shanti); learning to be youthful is sound advice when a yoga group of nine to ten year olds have agreed to work for world peace!
